It enables pure fluid transfer in the processes and CIP applications in the Food Industry. It is also perfect in transfer of fluids containing small size-solid particles. Dairy Products (milk, whey, egg), beer, non-alcoholic beverages, alcohol, wine, yeast, blood, oil, and pickle, etc. can be given as examples of fluids for this type of pumps.

Ideal Material

All parts in contact with fluids are equivalents of AISI 316L / DIN 1.4404 material. Fans is made of 1.4435 stainless steel material.
Parts like flange adapter, motor casing and motor door in contact with the fluid are also made of stainless steel.

Functional Design

Standard components with modular design: standard motors and standard seals.
Sound construction: wall thickness up to 30 mm.
Low noise: stainless steel motor door mounted on shock-reducing feet. Sterile Packing
Sterile mechanic packing is ideal for applications where fluid with bad lubrication feature are used. Custom seal models and materials are used.
All PHP2 pump series have seals with 2 different diameters.
Seals are in accordance with the DIN, ISO and AFNOR standards.

FOOD PROCESS PUMPS

Stainless Steel

Pumps are highly efficient and the pump body is made of 316 L stainless steel cast in order to reduce the noise level. It provides outstanding performance in filtering of products without any particles (wine, beer and other carbonated beverages).

AIT TRANSFER CIP PUMPS

Stainless Steel

Air separator integrated pumps. Application: ideal for fluids containing air in process and CIP pump for food industry, for example discharging CIP return, tanker and container freight etc. Has a EHEDG certificate.

ADVANTAGES

The distance between fan and pump body is a lot, thus has a lower contact risk contrary to other fluid pumps.
Comparing to the fluid pumps, Packo pumps have higher efficiency and lower NPSH and noise level.
Flow rate and delivery head curve: pump is able to work against closed valve without wasting extra high pressure and higher suction.

Advanced Mechanic Packing offers Platech size Nano Pad for CIP return applications that always have the dry start risk. During self-lubricating, the seal surfaces are covered with silicone carbide in order to protect the same hardness and durability.

For this reason› sterilization of these seals is more suitable when the pump is working. Our seals are in line with the FDA and USP standards.

FREE PASS CHANNEL FAN PUMPS

Used to pump the fluids containing solid particles that should not be damaged. Ideal for pumping and kind of vegetables, potatoes, pericarp fruits and shellfish. Pump is also used for waste water, sparkling fluids, long fiber fluids and wastes.

PUMPS FOR PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIES

Stainless Steel

Applications: Process and CIP pump pumping purified water, WFI, CIP/SIP and solvents for the pharmaceutical industry. Pump is made of 316L stainless steel, with Electro-polishing, Ra 0,4 μm or a better surface is provided. Complies with DIN EN 10204/2.1 or 3.1 and has the EHEDG certificate.

ADVANTAGES

-Big spaces between the fan and pump body enable the small particles to pass (opposite direction of the flow) without giving rise to corrosion of small particles. As a result, the pump performance remains the same even after working for long years.
