With Platech Tubular Pasteurization Systems, you can process the following products:

Platech Tubular Pasteurization Systems are devices that process various liquid food materials, including vegetable purees and has integrated automatic cleaning systems. Systems can be developed according to customer needs. 

High heat recovery can be achieved up to 90% through auxiliary sterile water circuits in circulation. These systems are designed to meet all technological packaging needs (cold filling, hot filling, aseptic filling) and can be combined with other systems such as deodorizers (aroma recovery), homogenizers, aseptic tanks, integrated CIP. 

Platech enables programming of PLC, PC, and Scada control systems for automation, control (even remotely) of the facility, or integration into more complex process systems for your facilities.

Platech Tubular Pasteurization Systems are designed for easy installation in the field on a stainless-steel skid and are pre-mounted.

Production capacities can range from a minimum of 1000 l/h to a maximum of 40,000 l/h, with fixed or variable speeds.
